The Role

  • Building and maintaining relationships, with a wide range of clients across Agri and food based industries

  • To communicate with team leaders / site supervisor to ensure that watering and agrochemical applications are planned and managed to make the least disruption possible and to ensure best and optimum conditions for the plant.

  • To be aware of company Health and Safety Policy, and ensure that all staff on site work within it and to advise the Site Supervisor of any breaches or safety issues that come to light.
  • In agreement with the Site Supervisor responsible for training and mentoring of other members of staff so that they are familiar with the systems and / or equipment in place to maintain illness or holiday cover for the cultural role.
  • To carry out other tasks (that may be at other locations) that the company may reasonably expect to be done and that are within the capabilities of someone performing the cultural role.
