This business is a Vegetable Supply Chain & Food Service specialist who have an excellent reputation. In this role you will provide leadership and motivation to the supply chain's strategic business unit team that manages upstream relationships. The purpose is to create enhanced value in the finished product at less cost to the business as a whole.

They are looking for someone with experience in this role/category; someone who can be pro-active and passionate about what they do. Its a fantastic opportunity for someone who want to develop within the business. The role has some man management responsibility and there is the opportunity to earn up to 25% bonus.

Our client is a growing and already successful soft fruit business primarily in the retail supply chain. They are continuing to expand and therefore are recruiting in for some supporting roles which have a lot of potential for development.

In this role you will support the commercial team beginning with admin responsibility and working up from there. To be successful you will need a passion for the supermarkets, for fresh produce and have commercial nouse and good numerical skills. Communication skills are also important as well as the drive to push yourself and the business forwards.
